Do any of you read these things? I'm obsessed!! I am starting to collect too many of them. Anytime we enter a store that sells books, I make a beeline to the parenting section. I don't always buy, but I ALWAYS look. I did find a few good ones at the JBF Sale last week. I was able to replace one that I'd loaned out and lost. It's called "You Can't Make Me!". I'll post the author later.
Anyway, the techniques in this book are awesome, with the exception of a few, namely the 'holding' techinique, but perhaps there is a place for it in extreme situations.
So, I'm re-reading it and then Liz will read it. Go out and find it! It's great!
