Wow! When did that happen?

Today, our little baby girl turns 11 months old. I cannot believe in a month she'll be a year old. She will have experienced all of her first holidays and many milestones.

She has already had surgery and been hospitalized twice, both times for nearly a week. She has already had steroids and codeine, and more antibiotics than I can count or name. She's a trooper though and as soon as she feels slightly better, she's off and running.

Here are a few things she can do now........

She's waves bye-bye and hello to everyone.
She says "Hi Bella" to everyone she recognizes.
She asks for her bottle by name.
She uses the word "Uh-Oh" correctly.
She uses the signs 'eat', 'more' and 'all done', but not consistently.
She stands on her own, but has not yet taken her first step.
She blows kisses.
She claps her hands if you say 'yay'.
She continues to adore Cylie, who has become her protector and defender from other babies.
She LOVES the Elmo 'Imagination' video and starts waving when she see the laptop so we will play it. (We wave bye-bye to Elmo when it's over)
She loves to go outside.
She loves to take a bath (she has to wait one more week for a tub bath), but hates to be washed.
She has stopped sleeping through the night, but that's probably due to her recent hospital stay. We'll get her back on track soon.
She has 6 teeth.
She weighs in at a whopping 19.1 pounds.
She loves and is loved more than we ever thought possible.
